Please note that if you choose US Postal Service we cannot be responsible for any lost or damage items. Our preferred method is Fedex due to its tracking and insurance.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may receive credit for your purchase. The unworn product you have purchased must be returned in salable condition and should containing all original packaging, hang tags and receipts. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Full priced merchandise presented after 14 days will be credited back to the purchaser based on the current selling price. Elizabeth Daniel NY is not responsible for any packages lost during the return process if tracking is not selected during the time of return. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Exchanges are subjected to additional shipping charges. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

How to Return or Exchange and Item

Please email your name, order number and if this is a return or exchange to returns@elizabethdanielny.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form. Please do not return to address on original package as we cannot accept returns there.
